Cerca de 150 mil pessoas estavam l\u00e1 ouvindo os discursos do presidente Jo\u00e3o Goulart e do governador do Rio Grande do Sul Leonel Brizola a favor da Reforma Agr\u00e1ria e da nacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das refinarias de petr\u00f3leo.
